Check the current program and ticket details with the venue first. Then work backward from the performance you have actually booked: where are you staying, would you like dinner beforehand, and who needs to arrive together? A useful transportation inquiry includes the restaurant and venue addresses as well as the reservation and performance times.
Let the Route Serve the Occasion
A dinner stop may call for waiting time or a later pickup. Friends staying at different properties may need more than one collection point. Those details are worth discussing at the beginning, while the itinerary can still be shaped around the evening you want.
